稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD276, also known as B7-H3, is an immune checkpoint protein belonging to the B7 family and plays a significant role in regulating immune responses. It is characterized by its four immunoglobulin-like domains (4Ig) and has been implicated in various types of cancers, contributing to tumor immune evasion. Research has shown that CD276 can inhibit T-cell activation and promote an immunosuppressive environment, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. The B7-H3b isoform, a variant of B7-H3, has distinct biological functions and may exhibit different expression patterns across tissues and tumors. The study of recombinant CD276/B7-H3 (4Ig)/B7-H3b proteins is crucial for understanding their structural characteristics, functional roles, and mechanisms of action in the immune system. By exploring their interactions with immune cells and potential therapeutic applications, researchers aim to develop innovative strategies to enhance anti-tumor immunity and improve cancer treatment outcomes. The recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools for further investigation into the biology of CD276, helping to elucidate their contributions to tumor progression and immune regulation.
