简介
The IgG2 Fc protein is the constant region of the immunoglobulin heavy chain and acts as an antigen receptor, triggering the expansion and differentiation of B lymphocytes into immunoglobulin-secreting plasma cells.IgG2 Fc Protein, Human (V161M, S257A, HEK293) is the recombinant human-derived IgG2 Fc protein, expressed by HEK293 , with tag free.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IgG2 recombinant proteins have garnered significant attention in the field of immunology and biotechnology due to their unique structural and functional properties. Immunoglobulin G2 (IgG2) is one of the four subclasses of IgG antibodies, characterized by its distinct heavy chain structure that allows for effective binding to antigens and activation of the immune response. Research into IgG2 recombinant proteins is driven by their potential applications in therapeutic development, particularly for infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. The ability to produce these proteins through recombinant DNA technology offers advantages such as enhanced specificity, reduced risk of contamination, and the possibility of engineering modifications to improve efficacy. Furthermore, IgG2 has been shown to play a crucial role in neutralizing pathogens and modulating immune responses, making it a valuable candidate for vaccine development and antibody-based therapies. Ongoing studies aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying IgG2 function, optimize production methods, and explore its therapeutic potential in various clinical scenarios, positioning IgG2 recombinant proteins as a focal point for innovative approaches in disease management and treatment strategies.
