Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD276, also known as B7-H3, is a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint proteins that plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses. It is expressed on various immune and non-immune cells and is implicated in both promoting and inhibiting immune responses depending on the context. CD276 has garnered significant interest in cancer immunotherapy due to its aberrant expression in numerous malignancies, where it can contribute to tumor immune evasion. The identification of CD276/B7-H3 (4Ig) isoform, which possesses an extended extracellular region, adds complexity to its functional repertoire. Research has shown that this isoform may have distinct roles in tumor progression and immune modulation compared to the conventional B7-H3. Moreover, the development of recombinant B7-H3b proteins for therapeutic applications has the potential to harness its immunosuppressive functions to enhance anti-tumor immunity. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CD276/B7-H3 and its isoforms is crucial for developing targeted therapies that can manipulate the immune system to fight cancer more effectively. This makes the study of CD276/B7-H3 proteins not only an important area of cancer research but also a promising avenue for innovative immunotherapeutic strategies.
