稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Angiogenin is a member of the RNase A superfamily, primarily known for its role in promoting angiogenesis and regulating blood vessel formation. It has been implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including wound healing, cancer progression, and neuroprotection. Due to its angiogenic properties, angiogenin has garnered attention in therapeutic research, particularly for conditions characterized by inadequate blood supply or ischemia. Recent studies have demonstrated that angiogenin can stimulate endothelial cell proliferation and migration, enhance tube formation, and modulate inflammatory responses. In addition, its interactions with RNA and involvement in regulating cellular stress responses further highlight its potential as a multi-functional therapeutic protein. The recombinant expression of angiogenin allows for detailed investigations into its biological functions and mechanisms of action. By producing this protein in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can explore its therapeutic applications more rigorously, paving the way for innovative treatments for vascular disorders, cancer therapies, and regenerative medicine approaches. As a result, angiogenin recombinant protein has become a focal point for understanding endothelial biology and developing new strategies to manipulate angiogenesis for improved health outcomes.
