稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-31 (IL-31) is a cytokine primarily produced by T-helper 2 (Th2) cells and is implicated in the pathogenesis of various allergic and inflammatory diseases, particularly atopic dermatitis (AD). Research has shown that IL-31 plays a critical role in the itch sensation associated with skin disorders, contributing to the quality of life deterioration for affected individuals. Its receptor, IL-31RA, when activated, triggers signaling pathways that result in pro-inflammatory responses, making IL-31 an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. The study of recombinant IL-31 has enabled researchers to elucidate its structural and functional properties, paving the way for the development of novel treatments. By creating and characterizing recombinant IL-31 proteins, scientists have gained insights into its mechanisms of action and potential roles in both health and disease. This has sparked an interest in designing IL-31 inhibitors or neutralizing antibodies that could alleviate symptoms in patients with chronic inflammatory conditions. As such, the ongoing research into IL-31 and its recombinant forms is crucial for understanding its physiological significance and developing effective therapies for IL-31-mediated disorders.
