Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-1 family member 10 (IL-1F10), also known as IL-1 cytokine and a member of the interleukin-1 cytokine family, has garnered significant attention in immunological research due to its role in modulating inflammatory responses. Initially discovered in the context of autoimmune diseases, IL-1F10 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including chronic inflammatory disorders and metabolic diseases. Unlike other interleukins, IL-1F10 exhibits both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties, indicating its potential as a crucial regulatory molecule in immune responses. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the modulation of T cell activity and the orchestration of macrophage responses, suggesting its relevance in the development of therapies for diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, and cancer. Furthermore, the potential for IL-1F10 as a biomarker for disease progression has spurred interest in its application in clinical settings. The recombinant expression of IL-1F10 protein is particularly valuable for functional studies and therapeutic exploration. Thus, understanding the mechanisms by which IL-1F10 influences immune pathways is essential for developing targeted interventions that harness its unique properties, pointing to its importance in the field of immunology and therapeutic development.
