简介
BAMBI/NMA Protein acts as a negative regulator, controlling TGF-beta signaling and modulating cellular responses within the intricate network. Its regulatory role ensures a balanced and controlled signaling cascade, making BAMBI/NMA a key player in fine-tuning cellular outcomes influenced by TGF-beta. This highlights its significance in maintaining the delicate balance of signaling pathways involved in various physiological processes. BAMBI/NMA Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived BAMBI/NMA protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAMBI (Bone Morphogenetic Protein and Activin Membrane-bound Inhibitor) and NMA (Nodal Modulator A) are important proteins that play critical roles in various biological processes, particularly in the regulation of embryonic development and cellular signaling pathways. Research into BAMBI/NMA recombinant proteins focuses on understanding their mechanisms of action and interactions within the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) superfamily, which includes important growth factors involved in cell differentiation, proliferation, and tissue homeostasis. BAMBI serves as a pivotal antagonist of bone morphogenetic proteins, mitigating their signaling pathways, while NMA is involved in modulating Nodal signaling, a crucial aspect of mesoderm formation and left-right axis determination during embryogenesis. The study of these recombinant proteins has significant implications, as they could provide insights into congenital disorders, cancer progression, and regenerative medicine. By elucidating their roles and functions, researchers aim to harness their properties for therapeutic applications, including the development of novel drugs and biotechnological tools that target related signaling pathways, thereby advancing our understanding of development and potential interventions in pathological states.
