简介
ZFAND3 is a transcriptional regulatory protein that regulates the expression of adhesion and invasion related genes, and can drive the invasion of glioblastoma. In addition, ZFAND3 can improve glucose tolerance by improving insulin resistance and inhibiting gluconeogenesis, and is identified as a susceptibility gene for type 2 diabetes. ZFAND3 Protein, Human (sf9, His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived ZFAND3 protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-Strep, N-8*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZFAND3, a member of the ZFAND family of proteins, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including stress responses and inflammation. This protein features a zinc finger motif, which suggests its involvement in DNA binding or protein-protein interactions, thereby influencing gene expression and cellular function. Research indicates that ZFAND3 may play a critical role in the regulation of inflammatory responses, making it a candidate for studying autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory conditions. Moreover, its expression levels have been linked to cancer progression, where it may influence tumor growth and metastasis. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of ZFAND3 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its biological significance and potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advancements in protein engineering have facilitated the generation of ZFAND3 recombinant variants, allowing researchers to investigate its interactions, post-translational modifications, and functional implications in various signaling pathways. By elucidating the mechanisms by which ZFAND3 operates within cells, scientists aim to uncover novel strategies for modulating its activity in disease contexts, ultimately contributing to the development of innovative treatment approaches. This growing body of research underscores the importance of ZFAND3 in cellular homeostasis and its promise in translating basic science into clinical applications.
