简介
The SLP-76 protein is critical in T cell antigen receptor-mediated signaling and participates in multiple molecular interactions. Its association with SLA coordinates T cell signaling, whereas its interaction with CBLB emphasizes regulatory effects. SLP-76 Protein, Human (His-T7) is the recombinant human-derived SLP-76 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-T7, C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLP-76 (SH2 domain-containing leukocyte protein of 76 kDa) is a pivotal adaptor protein that plays a critical role in the signaling pathways of immune cells, particularly in T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. Its primary function revolves around facilitating the transduction of signals from various receptors on the cell surface to downstream effectors, thereby influencing cellular responses such as proliferation, differentiation, and cytotoxicity. Research on SLP-76 has gained momentum due to its essential contributions to the immune response and the potential implications in immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases and cancer. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of SLP-76, as well as its interactions with other signaling molecules, is crucial for elucidating the underlying mechanisms of immune regulation. Recombinant SLP-76 protein is often produced for detailed studies, enabling researchers to dissect its role in hematopoietic cell signaling and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the generation of SLP-76 with post-translational modifications that mirror its native state, allowing for more accurate in vitro and in vivo investigations. Consequently, studies surrounding recombinant SLP-76 not only enhance our fundamental understanding of immune signaling but also open avenues for novel immunotherapies aimed at modulating immune function in various diseases.
