Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSF1R (Colony Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor) is a crucial receptor that plays a significant role in the regulation of monocyte and macrophage development, survival, and function. The study of CSF1R has gained attention due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune responses, inflammation, and tumorigenesis. Aberrant signaling through CSF1R has been associated with several diseases, including cancer, where tumor-associated macrophages can promote tumor growth and metastasis. Research on recombinant CSF1R proteins has facilitated the understanding of its structure-function relationships and provided insights into the mechanisms of CSF1R activation and signaling cascades. Additionally, the development of CSF1R-targeted therapies is becoming increasingly relevant as it offers potential therapeutic strategies for conditions characterized by excessive macrophage activity. The production of recombinant CSF1R proteins in a laboratory setting allows for the exploration of its biological functions, interaction with ligands, and the development of monoclonal antibodies, which can serve as diagnostic tools or therapeutic agents. Thus, advancing our understanding of CSF1R through recombinant protein studies could lead to innovative approaches in treating various diseases, highlighting its importance in modern biomedical research.
