简介
IL-27R α/TCCR protein, as a receptor for IL27, relies on IL6ST/GP130 for signal transduction and activates STAT3 and STAT1. It is also part of the IL6ST/GP130 and CNTFR complex, acting as a receptor for the neuroprotective peptide human peptide. IL-27R alpha/TCCR Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IL-27R alpha/TCCR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-27R alpha, also known as TCCR (IL-27 receptor alpha), is a key component of the interleukin-27 (IL-27) signaling pathway, which plays a critical role in immune regulation and inflammation. IL-27 is a member of the IL-6 cytokine family, produced primarily by dendritic cells and macrophages, and is known for its ability to influence the differentiation and function of various immune cells, including T cells and B cells. The IL-27R alpha chain is responsible for binding to IL-27, initiating downstream signaling that can modulate immune responses, promote the development of regulatory T cells, and enhance the antiviral and antitumor activities of immune cells. Research into the IL-27R alpha/TCCR recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications in autoimmune diseases, cancer, and chronic inflammatory conditions. By understanding the structural and functional properties of this receptor, scientists aim to develop innovative treatments that can either enhance or inhibit its signaling pathways, thus manipulating immune responses for clinical benefit. Furthermore, the recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for studying IL-27 signaling mechanisms and identifying biomarkers for diseases influenced by this pathway, paving the way for novel therapeutic interventions in the field of immunology and oncology.
