稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the PPP2CA-PPP2R1A recombinant protein is crucial due to its significant role in the regulation of various cellular processes, including cell division, differentiation, and apoptosis. Protein phosphatase 2 (PP2A) is a major serine/threonine phosphatase that plays a vital role in the regulation of the cell cycle and signal transduction pathways. It is comprised of a scaffolding subunit (PPP2R1A) and a catalytic subunit (PPP2CA), which together form a functional heterotrimeric complex. Dysregulation of PP2A is associated with numerous diseases, particularly cancer, making the understanding of its structure and function essential for therapeutic developments. Research has shown that mutations in the PPP2R1A gene can lead to altered PP2A activity, contributing to tumorigenesis. By studying the recombinant PPP2CA-PPP2R1A complex, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying PP2A activity, identify potential regulatory sites, and explore its interactions with other cellular proteins. This research has implications for developing targeted therapies that can restore normal PP2A function in cancer and other diseases, highlighting the importance of this protein complex in maintaining cellular homeostasis.
