稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Annexin A3 (ANXA3) is a member of the annexin family, which comprises calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins involved in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cell signaling, and apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted ANXA3's potential roles in cancer biologic processes, such as tumor progression, metastasis, and drug resistance. ANXA3 is often overexpressed in various malignancies, including prostate, breast, and lung cancers, making it a candidate biomarker for diagnosis and treatment monitoring. The understanding of ANXA3's multifunctional roles has spurred interest in characterizing its structure and function through recombinant protein techniques. Utilizing recombinant methods allows for the production of high-purity ANXA3 for functional assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications. Moreover, investigating ANXA3 protein interactions with other cellular components can elucidate its mechanisms in disease contexts, paving the way for targeted therapeutic strategies. The ongoing research surrounding ANXA3 emphasizes its significance in cancer biology and its promise as a therapeutic target or biomarker, fostering advancements in personalized medicine and enhancing treatment outcomes for cancer patients.
