Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYPD1, or Ly6/PLAUR domain-containing protein 1, is a member of the Ly6/uPAR family, which has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in immune regulation and cancer biology. Discovered to be primarily expressed in immune cells, particularly T cells, LYPD1 is hypothesized to be involved in various cellular processes, including adhesion, migration, and activation of immune responses. Research has indicated that LYPD1 may have implications in the progression of several cancers, as it can influence tumor microenvironments and modulate immune evasion mechanisms. The study of LYPD1 recombinant protein has become increasingly important, as understanding its structure and function can provide insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions. Moreover, LYPD1 may serve as a potential biomarker for certain diseases and a target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant production of LYPD1 allows for detailed characterization of its biological activities and interactions, paving the way for its therapeutic applications in immunotherapy and cancer treatment. As research progresses, the elucidation of LYPD1’s mechanisms may contribute to novel strategies for enhancing immune responses against tumors and improving outcomes for patients with various malignancies.
