Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is a prominent human class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule that plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting endogenous peptides to CD8+ T cells. The presentation of specific peptide epitopes is essential for the activation of immune surveillance against malignant cells and pathogens. B2M (beta-2-microglobulin) is a component that pairs with the α-chain of MHC class I molecules, facilitating their stability and surface expression. MAGE-A10, a member of the cancer/testis antigen family, is often expressed in various tumors but not in normal tissues, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. The peptide GLYDGMEHL derived from MAGE-A10 can bind effectively to the HLA-A*02:01 molecule, eliciting a targeted immune response. The study of the HLA-A*02:01/B2M/MAGE-A10(GLYDGMEHL) monomer recombinant protein aims to enhance our understanding of the interaction between MHC molecules and tumor-associated peptides. This research could contribute to the development of effective cancer vaccines by elucidating how these molecules can be harnessed to stimulate specific T cell responses against tumors, ultimately improving therapeutic strategies and patient outcomes in cancer treatment. Understanding this complex interaction is essential for designing novel immunotherapies and advancing personalized medicine approaches.
