Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDK2 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2) and CCNE2 (Cyclin E2) play crucial roles in the regulation of the cell cycle, particularly in the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase. Dysregulation of this pathway is often implicated in various cancers, as it can lead to uncontrolled cellular proliferation. The CDK2-CCNE2 complex is essential for the phosphorylation of target substrates, thereby promoting the progression of cells through the cycle. Research on CDK2-CCNE2 recombinant proteins has gained traction due to the potential for therapeutic interventions in cancer treatment. By understanding the structural and functional dynamics of this complex, scientists aim to identify specific inhibitors that can disrupt its activity in cancer cells. The study of CDK2-CCNE2 recombinant proteins provides insights into their interactions, regulatory mechanisms, and the downstream effects on cell cycle control, which are critical for developing targeted therapies. This research not only elucidates the molecular underpinnings of cell cycle regulation but also enhances the potential for devising novel drugs that can selectively target aberrant signaling pathways in cancer.
