简介
CRISP-1 protein plays a crucial role in promoting the functional maturation of spermatozoa during their transition from the testis to the ductus deferens. Its involvement underscores its significance in the complex regulatory network governing male reproductive physiology, emphasizing its potential impact on sperm functionality and fertility as these cells navigate through the reproductive tract. CRISP-1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CRISP-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRISP-1 (Cysteine-Rich Secretory Protein 1) is a member of the CRISP family, characterized by its distinctive cysteine-rich domains. This protein gained research interest due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including immune regulation, reproductive biology, and cell signaling. Initially identified in the venom of certain reptiles, CRISP-1 has been shown to interact with phospholipases and other signaling molecules, suggesting its involvement in modulating inflammatory responses and other physiological functions. The study of CRISP-1 is particularly significant in the context of immune responses, as it has been implicated in the modulation of T-cell activation and the regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Additionally, emerging research has explored its potential implications in cancer biology, where altered expression levels of CRISP-1 may influence tumor progression and metastasis. The ability to produce recombinant CRISP-1 protein has opened up avenues for in-depth functional studies, allowing researchers to investigate its structural properties, interaction mechanisms, and role in pathophysiological conditions. This biochemical exploration holds potential therapeutic implications, as CRISP-1 could serve as a biomarker or target for novel intervention strategies in diseases characterized by dysregulated immunity and inflammation. Ultimately, the continued examination of CRISP-1 offers valuable insights into the intricate web of molecular interactions that govern cell behavior and immune function.
