稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PGLYRP1, also known as PGRP-S (peptidoglycan recognition protein 1), is part of a family of proteins that play crucial roles in the innate immune system by recognizing and binding to peptidoglycans from bacterial cell walls. This interaction is essential for the host's defense against bacterial infections, facilitating the activation of immune responses. PGLYRP1 is particularly important in environmental contexts where exposure to pathogens is frequent, as it helps in the identification and neutralization of harmful microbes. Research has shown that variations in PGLYRP1 expression levels can influence susceptibility to various infectious diseases and may even affect inflammatory responses. Understanding the structure and function of PGLYRP1, particularly through the study of recombinant forms of the protein, can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. As researchers develop recombinant PGLYRP1/PGRP-S proteins, studies aim to elucidate their binding affinities and specificities, which can lead to novel ways to enhance immune responses or develop antimicrobial agents. This research is significant not only for basic immunology but also for clinical applications, including vaccine development and the treatment of infections, highlighting the importance of PGLYRP1 in linking innate immunity and adaptive responses in the host defense system.
