稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLrb1a, also known as Ly49a, is an important member of the Ly49 family of receptors primarily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and certain subsets of T cells. These receptors play a crucial role in the immune system by regulating the activation and inhibition of NK cell responses to target cells, such as virus-infected or tumor cells. KLrb1a recognizes specific major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules, contributing to the self-tolerance of NK cells and modulating their cytotoxic activity. The study of KLrb1a recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential applications in immunotherapy, as an understanding of KLrb1a's role in NK cell activation could lead to novel strategies for enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Furthermore, functional assays using KLrb1a proteins can aid in deciphering the molecular mechanisms underlying NK cell interactions with their targets. Exploring KLrb1a recombinant proteins helps elucidate its structural properties, binding affinities, and downstream signaling pathways, which is essential for developing targeted therapies and improving vaccine efficacy against various cancers and infectious diseases. Thus, KLrb1a recombinant protein research holds promise for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and fostering new therapeutic avenues to manipulate NK cell functions for clinical benefit.
