Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITF1 (Immune Tolerance Factor 1) is a protein that plays a critical role in immune regulation and tolerance, making it a significant focus of research in immunology and therapeutic development. Understanding ITF1's function is essential for elucidating mechanisms underlying immune system disorders, such as autoimmune diseases and transplant rejection. Recent studies have indicated that ITF1 may influence immune cell differentiation and cytokine production, thereby shaping the immune response and preserving self-tolerance. The recombinant expression of ITF1 allows for detailed investigations into its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to explore its potential as a biomarker for immune health and as a therapeutic target. Additionally, recombinant ITF1 can be used to develop novel immunotherapies aimed at modulating immune responses. As research progresses, the exploration of ITF1's interactions with other proteins and signaling pathways could provide further insights into its role in maintaining immune homeostasis and its implications in various diseases, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies.
