Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cadherin-11, a member of the cadherin superfamily, plays a crucial role in cell-cell adhesion and is involved in various biological processes, including neural development and tissue morphogenesis. Its expression is tightly regulated, and abnormal levels have been implicated in several pathologies, such as cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative diseases. Given its significance in cell adhesion and signaling pathways, researchers have focused on studying the recombinant form of Cadherin-11 to better understand its structural and functional properties. The recombinant protein allows for the investigation of its adhesive capabilities, binding interactions, and the mechanisms underlying its role in cellular processes. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of Cadherin-11, enabling scientists to explore its potential as a therapeutic target and to design strategies aimed at modulating its function. Understanding Cadherin-11 at the molecular level not only provides insights into fundamental biological mechanisms but also holds promise for therapeutic applications in treating diseases associated with cadherin dysregulation.
