Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYH7B, a member of the myosin gene family, encodes a muscle-specific protein involved in cellular contractility and motility. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of MYH7B in various cardiovascular and skeletal muscle disorders, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Mutations or dysregulations in the MYH7B gene have been linked to conditions such as cardiomyopathy, emphasizing its role in maintaining muscle integrity and function. Researchers are particularly keen on characterizing the MYH7B protein to understand its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components. The recombinant MYH7B protein offers a valuable tool for investigating its biochemical properties, cellular localization, and mechanistic pathways in muscle tissue. This protein has been expressed in various systems to facilitate its purification and characterization, enabling in-depth studies to assess its enzymatic activity and potential as a biomarker for muscle-related diseases. As the exploration of MYH7B progresses, its insights could pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies for muscle degeneration and other related pathologies.
