简介
BZW2 is a translation initiation regulator that inhibits non-AUG and RAN-initiated translation. As a competitive inhibitor of EIF5, it improves initiation accuracy by preventing EIF5-dependent translation of non-AUG codons. BZW2 Protein, Human (GST) is the recombinant human-derived BZW2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-GST labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BZW2, or Basic Leucine Zipper Protein 2, is a member of the bZIP transcription factor family, which plays crucial roles in regulating various biological processes, including cell differentiation, growth, and stress response. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of BZW2 in various diseases, particularly in cancer, where it may influence tumorigenesis and metastasis through its regulatory effects on gene expression. Research has indicated that BZW2 is overexpressed in certain cancer types, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, its involvement in the modulation of immune responses has drawn attention to its therapeutic potential. The recombinant expression of BZW2 protein allows for detailed functional studies, enabling researchers to elucidate its role in cellular pathways and interactions with other proteins. Understanding the structure-function relationship of BZW2 is critical for developing targeted therapies, as its unique characteristics may provide novel insights into treatment strategies. Furthermore, exploring BZW2's molecular mechanisms can enhance the comprehension of its implications in various pathophysiological conditions, paving the way for innovative approaches in clinical applications. Overall, the study of BZW2 recombinant protein is an important avenue for advancing our understanding of transcriptional regulation and its impact on health and disease.
