稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The chemokine 6Ckine, also known as CCL21A, plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating the migration and activation of lymphocytes, particularly in the context of immune responses and inflammation. As a member of the CC chemokine family, CCL21A is primarily produced by lymphoid tissues and is involved in the retention and circulation of immune cells within lymph nodes. Its ability to bind to the CCR7 receptor on T cells and dendritic cells is essential for orchestrating adaptive immune responses, making it a significant focus of research in immunology. Recent studies have highlighted the potential therapeutic applications of CCL21A in cancer immunotherapy and autoimmune diseases, where enhancing lymphocyte trafficking could improve treatment outcomes. The recombinant production of 6Ckine/CCL21A allows for detailed investigation of its biological functions and facilitates the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies by providing a valuable tool for studying its interactions with receptors and signaling pathways. Understanding the role of CCL21A in immune regulation could lead to new insights into disease mechanisms and innovative treatment approaches.
