Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1QL3, or Complement Component 1 Q Subcomponent Like 3, is a member of the C1q family of proteins, which play crucial roles in the immune system, particularly in the clearance of apoptotic cells and the modulation of inflammation. The interest in C1QL3 has surged due to its potential involvement in various physiological processes and diseases, including neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration. Research has indicated that C1QL3 may have a significant role in synaptic function and plasticity, which are essential for cognitive processes such as learning and memory. Additionally, abnormalities in C1QL3 expression have been associated with neurological disorders, prompting investigations into its function and mechanism of action. Current studies focus on characterizing the protein's structure, identifying its interacting partners, and exploring its role within different cellular contexts. Understanding the biological significance of C1QL3 may lead to novel therapeutic strategies for treating neurodegenerative diseases and other conditions linked to immune dysregulation. The exploration of C1QL3 as a recombinant protein also opens up avenues for developing targeted interventions to modulate its activity, further emphasizing its relevance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
