简介
Nectin-1 Protein mediates cell-cell contacts through homophilic or heterophilic trans-dimer formation, engaging in heterophilic interactions with Nectin-3 and Nectin-4. It also promotes neurite outgrowth. In microbial infection, Nectin-1 serves as a receptor for herpes simplex virus 1 (HHV-1), herpes simplex virus 2 (HHV-2), and pseudorabies virus (PRV). Nectin-1 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived Nectin-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His, C-Avi labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
