Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB8A is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play critical roles in various cellular processes, including vesicle trafficking, endocytosis, and exocytosis. Dysfunction of RAB8A has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and developmental abnormalities. Its regulatory mechanisms and interactions with effector proteins make RAB8A a key player in maintaining intracellular transport systems. The study of RAB8A recombinantly expressed proteins is essential for elucidating its biological functions, regulatory pathways, and interactions with other cellular components. Recombination technology allows for the production of large quantities of the protein with specific tags, facilitating biophysical and biochemical analyses. Understanding RAB8A's role in cellular processes through recombinant protein research can provide insights into its contributions to disease mechanisms and may pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting related pathways. Overall, RAB8A and its recombinant protein studies represent a crucial area of investigation in cell biology and disease research.
