Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB4A is a member of the RAB GTPase family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular vesicle trafficking, particularly in the regulation of endosomal and recycling pathways. Research has indicated that RAB4A is involved in the transport of proteins and lipids within cells, facilitating their sorting and delivery to specific destinations, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis. The protein is implicated in various biological processes, including immune response, neurite outgrowth, and cell adhesion. Dysregulation of RAB4A has been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer, where altered vesicular transport can lead to enhanced cell migration and metastasis. Therefore, understanding the function and regulation of RAB4A is important for elucidating its role in health and disease. Scientists increasingly focus on the expression and purification of RAB4A recombinant protein to explore its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and its functional mechanisms in cellular contexts. This research not only enhances our understanding of vesicle trafficking but also provides insights into potential therapeutic targets for diseases related to RAB4A dysregulation.
