Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SUPT3H, or nucleic acid-binding protein SUPT3 homolog, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation and RNA metabolism. It is part of the multifunctional super elongation complex (SEC) that facilitates the transition of RNA polymerase II from initiation to productive elongation during transcription, thereby influencing gene expression dynamics. Understanding SUPT3H's functions is vital since its dysregulation has been implicated in several cancers and developmental disorders. Research on recombinant SUPT3H protein allows for the detailed study of its structural characteristics, interaction with other proteins, and the mechanisms governing its role in transcriptional control. This protein has become a focus of investigation in molecular biology and biochemistry due to its potential as a therapeutic target and its significance in elucidating the complexities of gene regulation. By expressing and purifying SUPT3H in recombinant systems, researchers aim to explore its biochemical properties and interactions, providing insights into its contribution to cellular physiology and disease states.
