稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1QBP, also known as complement component 1 q subcomponent binding protein, is a multifunctional protein that plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including innate immunity, apoptosis, and cellular signaling. It primarily acts as a receptor for complement component C1q, thereby playing a significant role in the complement system, which is essential for immune defense and pathogen clearance. Recent studies have highlighted C1QBP's involvement in several pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, viral infections, and cancer, prompting researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of C1QBP is essential for developing novel strategies in disease intervention. Recombinant C1QBP proteins have been produced for further investigation into their biological roles and mechanisms of action. The ability to manipulate and study this protein in vitro offers significant insights into how it interacts with other immune components. Furthermore, C1QBP's emerging role in modulating cellular responses and its interactions with receptors and signaling pathways suggest it may serve as a crucial mediator in health and disease. As research progresses, the therapeutic implications of C1QBP in enhancing immune responses or as a biomarker for disease prognosis are increasingly recognized, making it a vital focus in immunological and biochemical studies.
