稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RXFP3, or Relaxin Family Peptide Receptor 3, is a G protein-coupled receptor primarily expressed in the central nervous system and various peripheral tissues. Its primary ligand is the relaxin peptide, which is involved in numerous physiological processes, including reproductive functions and cardiovascular regulation. Emerging research has unveiled RXFP3's pivotal role in modulating neuroendocrine functions, influencing behavior, and contributing to metabolic processes. Given its involvement in various pathological states, including anxiety, depression, and metabolic disorders, RXFP3 has gained significant attention as a potential therapeutic target. The recombination of RXFP3 protein serves as a crucial tool for understanding its structural and functional characteristics, enabling the elucidation of its signaling pathways, interaction with ligands, and biological implications. By producing RXFP3 as a recombinant protein, researchers can conduct detailed biochemical studies, drug screening, and potential therapeutic development, paving the way for novel interventions in diseases associated with RXFP3 dysregulation. Such studies may ultimately contribute to a better understanding of its role in health and disease, and facilitate the design of RXFP3-targeted drugs with improved efficacy and safety profiles.
