稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD1A, a member of the CD1 family of antigen-presenting molecules, plays a crucial role in the immune system by presenting lipid and glycolipid antigens to T cells. This molecule is primarily expressed on the surface of certain immune cells, including dendritic cells, where it facilitates the recognition of non-peptide antigens, thus bridging the gap between the innate and adaptive immune responses. Research into recombinant CD1A protein has gained significance as it provides insights into its structural and functional properties, enabling a better understanding of its role in lipid antigen presentation and T cell activation. The study of CD1A is particularly important in the context of various diseases, including infections and autoimmune disorders, where lipid-based antigens may influence disease progression and immune responses. Moreover, recombinant CD1A can be utilized in therapeutic strategies, such as the development of vaccines aimed at stimulating specific immune responses against pathogens. By studying this protein, researchers aim to uncover the mechanisms by which T cells recognize and respond to lipid antigens, which could lead to novel immunotherapeutic approaches and enhance vaccine efficacy. Overall, the research on recombinant CD1A protein is essential for advancing our knowledge of immune regulation and developing targeted interventions in immunological diseases.
