稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD74, also known as the invariant chain, plays a crucial role in the immune response by facilitating the proper functioning of Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) class II molecules. As a receptor found on the surface of various immune cells, CD74 is involved in the regulation of antigen presentation and immune signaling. Research on CD74 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential applications in immunotherapy and as a therapeutic target in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infections. Understanding the structure and function of CD74 can enhance our knowledge of its role in immune modulation and its interactions with other immune receptors. The development of CD74 recombinant proteins allows for the exploration of its biological functions in detail, enabling researchers to design targeted therapies that harness the immune system's power. Moreover, as CD74 also participates in non-immune processes, such as cell proliferation and survival, elucidating its pathways may provide insights into therapeutic strategies for diseases beyond the immune spectrum. Thus, the investigation of CD74 recombinant proteins is essential for both fundamental immunology and the development of innovative clinical applications.
