Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADM2, also known as Adrenomedullin 2, is a member of the adrenomedullin family of peptides that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including vascular regulation, inflammation, and tissue homeostasis. Its discovery and characterization have sparked significant interest in understanding its potential therapeutic implications, particularly in cardiovascular and metabolic disorders. Research indicates that ADM2 possesses vasodilatory effects, promoting endothelial function and influencing blood pressure regulation. Furthermore, studies suggest that ADM2 may be involved in tissue repair and regenerative processes, indicating its potential role in combating ischemic injuries and promoting wound healing. Given the complex interplay of ADM2 in various signaling pathways, scientists are increasingly focused on recombinant protein expression systems to produce ADM2 for functional studies and drug development. These investigations aim to delineate the specific mechanisms by which ADM2 exerts its biological effects and explore its viability as a biomarker or target for therapeutic intervention in diseases characterized by vascular dysfunction and inflammation. Overall, the characterization and study of recombinant ADM2 offer promising avenues for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential clinical applications.
