稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCR10, a member of the CC chemokine receptor family, plays a pivotal role in the immune system by mediating the trafficking of lymphocytes, particularly in the context of mucosal immunity. This receptor is primarily expressed on lymphocytes and is involved in directing these cells to various tissues, including the skin and mucosal surfaces, where they participate in immune responses against infections and inflammation. Research into CCR10 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, allergies, and cancers, where aberrant expression or function of this receptor may contribute to disease progression. The recombinant production of CCR10 protein is crucial for elucidating its structural and functional characteristics, as well as for developing therapeutic strategies that target CCR10-mediated pathways. Understanding the signaling mechanisms and interactions of CCR10 could lead to novel interventions for conditions characterized by dysregulated immune responses. As CCR10 continues to be a focus of immunological research, the study of its recombinant protein provides insights into its biological significance and opens avenues for innovative treatments in the context of immunotherapy and targeted therapies.
