稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BRCA1 is a crucial gene involved in the maintenance of genomic stability and DNA repair processes, particularly in the context of homologous recombination. Mutations in BRCA1 are strongly associated with hereditary breast and ovarian cancers, making it a significant focus of cancer research. The BRCA1 protein interacts with various proteins in the DNA damage response pathway, facilitating the repair of double-strand breaks and preventing the accumulation of genomic instability. Research into BRCA1 has expanded to include its role in other cellular processes, such as cell cycle regulation and transcriptional control. The study of BRCA1 recombinant proteins has provided insights into its structure-function relationship, revealing how specific domains contribute to its interactions and overall function in DNA repair mechanisms. Understanding BRCA1's multifaceted roles enhances our knowledge of tumorigenesis and has implications for targeted therapies, especially in cancers associated with BRCA1 deficiencies. Furthermore, advances in recombinant technology allow for the production of BRCA1 proteins for structural studies, which could lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at exploiting the vulnerabilities of BRCA1-deficient tumors.
