稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CUEDC1 (CUE Domain-Containing 1) is a protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, and protein degradation. Research has indicated that CUEDC1 may be involved in the regulation of transcription factors and may influence the stability of target proteins through ubiquitin-mediated pathways. Additionally, CUEDC1 has been implicated in the development of certain cancers, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. In cancer cells, altered expression levels of CUEDC1 can affect tumor growth and survival, highlighting its importance in oncogenesis. Studies have focused on characterizing the structure and function of CUEDC1, particularly its CUE (coupling of ubiquitin conjugation to endocytosis) domain, to better understand its mechanisms of action. Recombinant CUEDC1 proteins are being manufactured for in vitro and in vivo studies to explore their roles in cellular processes and disease states. Understanding the functional dynamics of CUEDC1 may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in cancer and other diseases where its regulation is disrupted. Overall, CUEDC1 stands out as a crucial protein in the intersection of cell signaling and cancer biology, making it a subject of intense study in the field of molecular biology and therapeutic development.
