稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of recombinant proteins, particularly region-specific recombinant proteins, has become increasingly significant in molecular biology and biotechnology. Recombinant proteins are produced through the insertion of specific gene sequences into host organisms, such as bacteria, yeast, or mammalian cells, enabling these hosts to express proteins that may be difficult to obtain in their natural forms. This approach allows researchers to explore the structure and function of proteins, facilitate drug discovery, and develop therapeutic interventions. The focus on region-specific recombinant proteins is crucial, as certain regions of a protein might be critical for its biological activity or interaction with other biomolecules. These studies contribute to our understanding of various biological processes, including enzyme activity, receptor-ligand interactions, and the immune response. Additionally, the advancements in genetic engineering and purification techniques have made it easier to produce highly purified proteins for research and therapeutic applications. By characterizing these region-specific recombinant proteins, scientists can design better drugs, create diagnostic tools, and even engineer vaccines, significantly impacting medicine and industry. Overall, the research of region-specific recombinant proteins represents a vital area of investigation that bridges fundamental biology with practical applications in health and biotechnology.
