  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The study of CDR1 recombinant protein is rooted in its significant role in the understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying various biological processes and diseases. CDR1, a member of the cell division cycle protein family, has been implicated in cellular proliferation and differentiation. Its involvement in cancer biology, particularly in tumor growth and metastasis, makes it a critical target for therapeutic intervention. Researchers are particularly interested in CDR1's expression patterns in different tissues and its regulation under various physiological and pathological conditions. The production of recombinant CDR1 protein facilitates detailed structural and functional analyses, enabling scientists to elucidate its specific interactions with other biomolecules. Additionally, the study of CDR1 through recombinant techniques allows for the exploration of its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Advances in biotechnology enable the generation of large quantities of pure CDR1 protein, which can be used for high-throughput screenings, drug development, and the formulation of targeted therapies. Understanding the characteristics and mechanisms of CDR1 can provide valuable insights into its role in health and disease, thus paving the way for new strategies in diagnosis and treatment in oncology and other related fields.
