Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRPA1, or heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1, is a crucial RNA-binding protein involved in various aspects of RNA metabolism, including splicing, transport, and stability. Its significant role in the regulation of gene expression makes it a key player in cellular functions and a potential contributor to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research into the recombinant expression of HNRPA1 is particularly important as it allows for the production of large quantities of the protein for detailed biochemical and structural studies. Understanding its interactions and functions is critical for deciphering the molecular mechanisms underlying its involvement in pathology. Additionally, recombinant HNRPA1 can be utilized to develop therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity or compensating for its dysfunction. The production of HNRPA1 in a controlled laboratory environment also facilitates investigations into its post-translational modifications, which are known to influence its activity and interactions. Overall, research on recombinant HNRPA1 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for potential clinical applications by targeting pathways associated with its dysregulation.
