稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HAND1, a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in the development of various tissues, particularly in the heart and placenta. Its expression is tightly regulated during embryogenesis, and it is essential for the proper formation of cardiac and placental structures. HAND1 has garnered interest due to its involvement in congenital heart defects and pregnancy-related disorders. Research has shown that mutations or dysregulation of HAND1 can lead to significant developmental abnormalities, underscoring its importance in cellular differentiation and organogenesis. The functional study of HAND1 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to explore its mechanisms of action, interaction with other proteins, and its potential as a therapeutic target. This knowledge could advance our understanding of developmental biology and contribute to the development of interventions for diseases linked to HAND1 misregulation. Consequently, the recombinant expression of HAND1 not only enhances our basic biochemical understanding of this transcription factor but also offers insights into its implications in human health and disease.
