Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on HSN2 recombinant protein is driven by the need to understand the underlying mechanisms of various biological processes and diseases. HSN2, also known as Histone Superfamily Nucleosome 2, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression through its involvement in chromatin remodeling and cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. In recent years, studies have highlighted its potential links to various disorders, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, emphasizing the importance of HSN2 in cellular homeostasis and pathology. By producing recombinant HSN2 protein, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships, interactions with other proteins, and its role in gene regulation. This research not only contributes to our fundamental understanding of cellular biology but also opens new avenues for targeted therapeutic strategies. The recombinant form of HSN2 can be utilized in biochemical assays, structural studies, and high-throughput screening for small molecules that can modulate its activity, thus providing a valuable tool for both basic and applied research in biomedicine. As the field progresses, the findings related to HSN2 may significantly advance our comprehension of epigenetic regulation and its implications in health and disease.
