稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DOA is an important non-classical MHC class II molecule that plays a critical role in the immune response by regulating the function of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) and modulating the presentation of peptides to CD4+ T cells. Research into HLA-DOA recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in understanding autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection, and immune regulation. The unique ability of HLA-DOA to interact with various HLA-DP and HLA-DQ molecules suggests that it may serve as a key player in the selection and presentation of antigens in the context of diverse immune responses. Additionally, studying HLA-DOA can shed light on its role in the development of central tolerance and the mechanisms underlying the progression of certain diseases, including Type 1 diabetes and multiple sclerosis. Furthermore, as HLA-DOA is involved in the differentiation and activation of T helper cells, insights gained from its recombinant forms could aid in the design of novel immunotherapies. The recombinant expression of HLA-DOA enables researchers to produce its protein for detailed structural and functional analyses, paving the way for drug development and therapeutic interventions. Understanding the biochemical properties and interactions of HLA-DOA through recombinant technology is crucial for harnessing its potential in clinical applications and advancing the field of immunology.
