稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RANK, or Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor kappa-B, is a crucial protein in the immune system, primarily involved in the regulation of osteoclastogenesis, which is the process that leads to bone resorption. The activation of RANK by its ligand, RANKL, triggers various signaling pathways that impact not only bone metabolism but also immune responses, cellular survival, and inflammation. Dysregulation of RANK and RANKL signaling has been linked to several pathologies, including osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and various cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Research into RANK and its related proteins has gained momentum due to their potential role in modulating bone density and inflammatory diseases. Scientists are particularly interested in developing RANK inhibitors or neutralizing antibodies to mitigate the adverse effects of excessive RANKL signaling. Additionally, understanding the structural biology of RANK can provide insights into its interactions and mechanisms, paving the way for novel treatment approaches. As such, RANK has emerged as a prominent focus in both basic and clinical research, with ongoing studies aimed at elucidating its role and potential as a drug target in various diseases associated with bone and immune system dysregulation.
