稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the catabolism of the amino acid tryptophan via the kynurenine pathway. Its primary function is to regulate immune responses and maintain immune tolerance, particularly in the context of cancer and autoimmune diseases. Elevated levels of IDO1 are often found in various tumors, where it contributes to tumor immune evasion by depleting tryptophan and producing immunosuppressive metabolites. This has led to significant interest in IDO1 as a potential therapeutic target. Research has focused on IDO1 inhibitors as a means to enhance antitumor immunity and inhibit tumor progression. The development of recombinant IDO1 proteins is essential for understanding its structure-function relationships, enzymatic activity, and interaction with inhibitors. Moreover, these recombinant proteins can facilitate the study of IDO1's role in immune modulation and disease pathogenesis, providing insights that may lead to novel immunotherapies. As the understanding of IDO1's mechanisms advances, it may pave the way for groundbreaking approaches in cancer treatment and the management of other immune-related conditions.
