Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IGLL1, or immunoglobulin lambda-like polypeptide 1, is a protein primarily expressed in B cells and plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly during the early stages of B cell development. As a component of the immunoglobulin chain, IGLL1 is involved in the maturation and differentiation of B cells, influencing the production of antibodies. Research on IGLL1 has gained attention due to its emerging implications in immunological diseases and certain types of cancers, where abnormal expression patterns may contribute to pathogenesis. Furthermore, recombinant IGLL1 protein has been studied for its potential as a therapeutic tool, offering insights into novel strategies for vaccine development and autoimmune disease treatment. Understanding the structure and function of IGLL1 through recombinant protein studies can also provide valuable information on the underlying mechanisms of B cell biology and its involvement in immune system regulation. As such, IGLL1 represents an intriguing target for further investigation, with the aim of pioneering new immunotherapeutic approaches and enhancing our understanding of B cell-related disorders.
