Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KCMF1, or Kinase C Regulatory Protein 1, is a crucial protein that plays significant roles in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and signal transduction. As a member of the KCMF family, KCMF1 has garnered attention due to its involvement in regulating kinase activity and influencing cancer progression. Recent studies have indicated that KCMF1 may have implications in several human diseases, particularly in oncology, where altered expression levels have been associated with tumor development and metastasis. Researchers are exploring the potential of KCMF1 as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis, as well as a therapeutic target to inhibit tumor growth. The recombinant expression of KCMF1 has facilitated the study of its structure and function, enabling in-depth analysis of its interaction with various signaling pathways and molecular partners. By producing recombinant KCMF1 in a controlled environment, scientists aim to unravel the complexities of its biological roles and the mechanisms by which it contributes to cellular regulation. Understanding KCMF1's function may lead to novel strategies in cancer treatment and contribute to the broader field of molecular biology and therapeutic development.
