稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin 5 receptor alpha (IL5RA) is a crucial component of the interleukin-5 receptor complex, which plays a significant role in the regulation of eosinophil and basophil differentiation, activation, and survival. Elevated levels of IL5RA and its ligand, IL-5, are associated with various allergic and autoimmune diseases, including asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, and chronic rhinosinusitis. Researchers have focused on generating recombinant IL5RA proteins to elucidate its structure-function relationships and its interactions with IL-5 and other signaling pathways. The production of IL5RA as a recombinant protein has opened avenues for studying the receptor's pharmacological properties and potential as a therapeutic target. By providing insights into the receptor's binding affinities and mechanistic pathways, recombinant IL5RA can further aid in the development of monoclonal antibodies or small molecule inhibitors aimed at modulating eosinophilic inflammation. Understanding IL5RA's role in immune responses may pave the way for innovative treatments for eosinophil-driven disorders and the improvement of patient outcomes in allergic conditions.
