Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LAGE3 (L antigen family member 3) is a cancer/testis antigen that has garnered significant interest in cancer immunotherapy due to its restricted expression pattern in tumors and testicular tissues, making it a promising target for developing cancer vaccines and immunotherapeutic strategies. The expression of LAGE3 is often associated with various malignancies, including melanoma, lung cancer, and other solid tumors, which suggests that it could serve as a reliable biomarker for cancer diagnostics and prognostics. Research into LAGE3 has focused on understanding its role in tumor biology, particularly concerning its molecular functions and the mechanisms that regulate its expression in cancer cells. Additionally, studies have investigated the immunogenicity of LAGE3, exploring how it can be utilized to elicit robust immune responses against tumors. The potential of LAGE3 as a target for T-cell based therapies highlights the importance of identifying and characterizing LAGE3-derived peptides that can effectively bind to MHC molecules, activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes that specifically recognize and destroy LAGE3-expressing cancer cells. Overall, the exploration of LAGE3 as a therapeutic target represents a significant advancement in the field of cancer immunotherapy, providing opportunities for novel treatment approaches that could enhance the efficacy of existing therapies and improve patient outcomes.
