Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA1683, also known as DTX3, is a gene that encodes a protein believed to play a significant role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation and regulation of cellular stress responses. Research into KIAA1683 has gained traction due to its potential implications in cellular homeostasis and disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The protein is involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is critical for maintaining protein turnover and quality control within cells. Aberrations in the expression or function of KIAA1683 may lead to the accumulation of damaged proteins, contributing to cellular dysfunction. Studies have also suggested a connection between KIAA1683 and specific signaling pathways that regulate apoptosis and cell cycle, reinforcing its importance in both developmental biology and pathological conditions. Given its diverse roles, KIAA1683 is emerging as a promising target for therapeutic interventions, offering the potential for novel strategies in treating diseases associated with protein misfolding and impaired degradation pathways. Understanding the detailed mechanisms of KIAA1683 and its interactions within the cellular milieu could pave the way for innovative approaches in drug development and precision medicine.
